By using Magistriq ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Magistriq provides a match scoring application for racquet sports. The Match app is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, which will be clearly communicated before any charges apply.

3. Your use

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to disrupt or overload the Service
• Not reverse-engineer or copy the Service
• Provide accurate information if you create an account

4. Accounts

You can use the Match app as a guest without creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

5. Content

Match data you create (scores, player names, notes) belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Magistriq is not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
